At Kings Global, People Focus means paying attention to efforts that may otherwise get overlooked in the grind of everyday office life. People show up, work gets done, but the quiet teamwork, an inconspicuous act that quietly moves things forward, that deep-dive done to create something of value for the client or for customers, something NOT ordinary… that is what goes unnoticed on typical work days.
We wanted to create a space where we could go beyond their titles and get a glimpse of who they are beyond their work desks. This feature is inclusive, honors diversity, introduces people from across the brands, builds connections across countries, and the deserving get the opportunity to be seen, known and heard. After all, even the smallest stitch holds the fabric together.

When I was promoted from an executive to a leadership role for the first time, which further inspired me to take on even greater responsibilities.
Successfully received and delivered a campaign to the client within a single day, while maintaining a high qualification ratio, was a source of pride for me, as it resulted in client's satisfaction and the achievement of our target within that time frame.

Through our collaborations, especially via foundations like Live Life Love Life, we help provide pain management, home care, emotional support, and dignity to patients who are in the final chapters of life.
It’s a heavy work, but it is necessary. It’s not just about the patients, it’s about their families, their caregivers, the emotional load they carry. Our role is to fund, enable, and support people who do this on the ground every day.
